MEDIATION:
PLEASE NOTE, MEDIATION CAN BE EITHER ZOOM OR IN PERSON, HOWEVER, SHOULD ANY PARTY REQUEST ZOOM THAT REQUEST WILL CONTROL. CERTAIN DATES ARE NOW ZOOM ONLY AND ARE CLEARLY OUTLINED IN THE AVAILABLE DATES BELOW. WHEN DECIDING WHICH METHOD, LAWYERS SHOULD CONSIDER THE CONVENIENCE AND SAFETY (FOR ANY REASON) OF THE PARTIES, AS WELL AS THE ADDED COST OF TRAVEL TO ANY LOCATION.
Suggested process:
Lawyers will consult with each other to choose top two available dates.
Lawyers send an email to Katherine with agreed upon dates, half or whole day mediation (or more) and likely location (or video).
Katherine will respond with an email of engagement for mediation.
Please check in by email for additional available dates as schedules sometimes change quickly.
